For us, working from home doesn’t just mean checking e-mails: We are doing our best to have business as usual, helped by the fact that we already had logistics in place for employees to work remotely.
We focus on using the latest technology to connect our teams, boost productivity, and ensure the security of our clients’ information, so when it was time for our entire staff to work from home, it was a relatively easy transition.
During this challenging time, we are focusing on the following in our work:
- No matter where we are, we want our clients to have access to what they need when they need it. When clients call our main phone number, 727-888-9200, our receptionist (working remotely) will answer and transfer the call to the appropriate team member via an app used by our phone system.
- We are committed to the security of our clients’ data and information, so we have solid security measures in place as our team is connecting to our network from remotely.
- While we can’t catch up over coffee or pop over to a coworker’s desk to ask a question, we are being intentional about maintaining daily lines of communication, including using Zoom for video conferencing and Slack for internal communication.
- We pride ourselves on our workplace culture and quality of work, which we maintain through our training and ongoing supervision processes. We are continuing these processes while our teams work remotely.
