Kera has been working in public accounting since 2003 and joined the firm in 2005. Her experience includes preparation and review of a wide range of tax returns including corporation, partnership, individual, trust and gift, not-for-profit and private foundations; as well as assisting clients with tax planning, tax compliance and consulting issues. Currently, Kera specializes in partnership tax compliance and is using her knowledge and skills to specialize in affordable housing and real estate.
Kera is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Kera was born in Long Island, NY but was raised in Spring Hill, FL. After graduating high school, she attended and graduated from Hofstra University in Long Island, NY with her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Kera decided shortly after graduation she missed sunny Florida and moved back to Spring Hill where she attended and graduated from St. Leo University with a Master’s Degree in Taxation.
Kera is married with one son. Her nights and weekends are usually spent at a soccer field or golf course watching her son play competitive soccer or golf. In Kera’s free time she loves to vacation with her family and can most likely be found on a Disney cruise ship!
