Kelly “Dawn” Moore

Dawn is a principal with Spoor Bunch Franz effective January 1, 2022 through a merger with Dwight Darby & Company where she worked for 28 years. Prior to that she lived and worked in New Orleans with a large local regional and a national CPA firm. Dawn has vast experience in both accounting and auditing and tax compliance in the not-for-profit, automobile, cellular cable and captive insurance industries.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), FICPA Accounting and Auditing, Business Technology and Management of an Accounting Practice Section Group and Certified Captive Insurance Auditors division in Nevada, Delaware and Tennessee. She is also a member of the American Woman’s Society of CPAs (AWSCPA), including the Tampa Chapter, and AutoCPA Group. Dawn has had several articles published in the AutoCPA quarterly newsletter and served as the Group’s Program Chairman for several years.

She has served as a volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, mentored at the United Methodist Home for Children, as well as developed teaching material for elementary age children to be used in “Accounting for Success” sponsored by the FICPA.
