Tax Associate
- Prepares and files individual tax returns
- Prepares and files business tax returns
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Client Accounting Associate
- Preparation of compiled financial statements
- Outsourced accounting services for multiple clients – including Quickbooks maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, bill pay
- Preparation of sales tax and tangible tax filings
- Preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Maintenance of client relationships
- Involvement in training new accounting staff and interns
Audit Associate
- Assists in conducting annual audit, review, and compilation procedures of company’s account balances and processes
- Communicates with clients and various financial institutions to confirm account balances at year-end
- Examines, analyzes, and interprets client accounting records for appropriate recognition of transactions in accordance with GAAP or other basis of accounting
- Drafts and reviews annual financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP or other basis of accounting
- Simultaneously works on multiple engagements in varying industries
- Contributes to team development by communicating results to senior staff and helping others as needed
- Builds upon job knowledge by participating in department wide trainings as well as independent learning such as reading professional publications and regulations
Audit Senior
- Performs annual audit, review, and compilation procedures of company’s account balances and processes
- Demonstrates a current and thorough knowledge and application of generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted auditing standards, and other financial reporting frameworks
- Analyzes audit procedures on general and more complex areas and prepares initial research and conclusions if necessary
- Reviews associate level workpapers and demonstrates ability to give constructive review comments and determine testing and conclusions are appropriate
- Prepare client letters, perform internal control walkthroughs, fraud and annual inquires and other requests for information with client
- Prepares engagement budget and assigns staff tasks appropriately
- Supervises staff on multiple engagements and manages workloads effectively
- Supervises and trains associates and interns
- Identifies and assesses the risk of material misstatement of the financial statements and assist with the development of the audit strategy
- Analyzes financial statements and disclosures to identify any errors or omissions
Audit Manager

Spring & Summer Internships
- An internship with us will provide you with invaluable experiences in a real-world accounting setting. We treat our interns like professionals and provide them with the opportunity to work on real client engagements and productive client service projects. Our hope is that this internship will offer you the opportunity to broaden your understanding of public accounting and explore the unique culture of our Firm. We currently offer Spring Audit internships (January-May) and Summer Tax internships (June-early August).
